Job responsibilities
- Handling Day to Day HR Operation of Company and reporting to HR Manager
- Recruitment and Selection, take preliminary round of interview and Arrange final interview with technical head on Videoconference / Face to face
-On boarding and joining formalities
- Payroll Processing
-Aware about Statutory Compliances, Factory act, Registered to be maintained
-Employee Grievances
-Exit Formality and F & F Processing
-MIS Report
-Good Communication skill in English, Hindi
